Skeletons In The Closet?
Okay, it was a normal Thursday afternoon and I was, as the youth of our day say, "Surfing the net," and I happened upon the rules for the ever so popular parlor game, "7 Minutes In Heaven". Why I did a Google search for these rules is unimportant. The fact that the rules listed at WikiHow.com specifically state that the players make certain their parents are not at home while playing is easily looked over as well. What IS important is the apparently highly targeted Google AdSense advertisement that appeared at the bottom of the list of rules. It has earned it's place in today's "No-Post Friday". Check it out: Now THAT'S entertainment! Enjoy your weekend, you Self-Enterpriser, you. "Have A Nice Dave." :) --Dave C.
This is how we do it…
It's Thursday night, thinking I should probably get going on a toon for No-Blog Friday; listening to the theme from Peanuts on Rhapsody. I tweeted a message about my Internet signal getting preempted by my daughter's "My Little Pony" video game (for some unknown reason); and I get the following message in my Twitter @Reply box: @onerockcande writes: @DaveCharbonneau then I must send this pic to you (: My little pony, ROCKS! Of course, with a picture attached. And we wonder why our parents' generation has a tuff time wondering how we can actually earn a living on this "Information Super Highway"? (Perhaps I should listen to Wild Horses by the Stones next time?) Photo Credits: Today's cartoon panel includes a photograph from Louise on Flickr. Talkin' Trash
No real blog-post today... Just a toon that describes my feelings about my desktop (which, btw, is NOT working perfectly). Enjoy your Thanksgiving tomorrow. Thanks for reading! --Dave Photo Credits: Today's panel includes a photograph from Dave "Coconuts" Kleinschmidt. Here's his photo ("CLICK" and tell).
